RM Nautical is an international company enjoying continued growth.

A modern factory equipped with a wide range of machines, engineering and design in 3D and a team of 40 experienced and enthousiastic colleagues makes it possible for us to fabricate projects / products entirely in house.

In the field of stainless steel, aluminium, brass and bronze virtually anything is possible.
Our goal is always to stay true to the designer’s vision, maintaining all design details however complicated or challenging.
Our Engineering Department usually makes a 3D Base model trying to fit in all design details, we check this with a Strenght Analysis and solve Classification issues.
When the yacht’s structure is ready, we start scanning it digitally. This 3D model will also be inserted into the 3D Base Model. Our complete scope of supply will be checked. Interface imperfections will be presented to the shipyard together with alternative solutions to avoid trouble during the installation. After the filler layers are brought on, with the help of our (double-curved) filler templates, we scan the filler interfaces for the last time to define the final glass dimensions. And finally the hassle-free installation process begins.
